Four different rarities. Each one determines the probability with which each card can appear. You can modify the probabilities of each type so that they fit to the rewards and the price of your chests. The rarities are Common, Rare, Epic, or Legendary. The HIGHER the rank, the LOWER the chance of finding the card…but the GREATER the BENEFIT!
Are cards customizable?
Of course. All the cards are customizable and you can put the rewards you want. The more customized they are, the more your viewers will enjoy them!
How alerts work? Do I have to configure anything?
You only need to go to the alert configuration page and copy the url we provide in your Streaming software(OBS, XSplit, etc).
How will the cards appear in Twitch/Mixer/Youtube?
Once your viewers have purchased and opened a loot-box, they will be able to see the cards in their collections at a glance — waiting to be redeemed..
Once redeemed, an alert will appear within the streamer screen. Example time? Sure thing.

Can I change the price of the chests?
Sure, you can set any price on your chests. The minimum amount for 1 single chest is 0.99€ (or $0,99). Keep in mind that payment platforms have fixed rates of between $0.10 and $0.25, so we recommend that the price of 1 single chest is not lower than $1,49 (or 1,49€). Also, we encourage viewers to buy packs of chests since the fee of the payment methods are lower because of the fixed rates.
Can I gift chests for free?
Yes, you won't have to pay anything when you gift chests to your viewers (or to yourself)
How much does Streamloots cost?
Create your card collection is totally free. Once you start selling chests Streamloots will keep a 20% comission fee. That will be less if you get the Streamloots affiliate(15%) or partnership(10%). Our team will contact you once you meet the partnerships or affiliate requirements.
The payment methods commissions are externals to Streamloots.
Where is money going?
The money is in your Streamloots account. You will receive the corresponding money from the chests sold during the whole month, the 15th of the next month.
For example, the money of all the chests sold during February will be sent to you on March 15th, using the payment method and the account that you choose in your panel.
Why the 15th?
The law establishes that users have 15 days to request a refund of any online purchase. This law also applies to chests. However Streamloots assumes the costs of any dispute in the different payment platforms, so you will not have to worry about anything.
So, money is refundable?
Yes, you have 15 days to request a refund of any purchased chest. This refund can not be requested once you have opened a chest. If you have purchased a pack with more than one chest, you will not be able to request a refund once you open any of those chests. However the money could be refunded if the payment is fraudulent.
What is a fraudulent payment?
It is the one that payment platforms (PayPal, credit cards, etc.) mark as fraudulent payment, usually because they are made from a credit card or a stolen PayPal account.
What happens when a payment is suspected to be fraudulent?
When a payment is suspected to be fraudulent, the user who made the payment is blocked, and all purchases by that user are frozen. Our team then attempts to contact the user to prove authorship of the payments. If the user proves that the payment is legitimate, his account will be unlocked and the money will pass to your balance.
What's with the frozen money?
Money can be frozen for up to 90 days pending a claim on payments. If after this time the money has not become disputed, it will automatically pass to your Balance and you will receive it in the next billing period.
What if the money becomes disputed?
If the purchases become disputed, our team will manage all disputes with the payment platform (credit card, PayPal, etc.), sending all the information of the user who made the purchase and talking directly with the payment method companies.
If we finally lose the dispute, the money associated with fraudulent purchases will be removed from the frozen balance, but Streamloots will assume all costs arising from the dispute, which can be more than € 20 per purchase.
Each purchase is treated separately, so it is possible for some purchases to be won and others to be lost.
Do I have to pay anything if the purchases are fraudulent?
No, Streamloots fully protects you from fraudulent purchases and will bear any costs arising from disputes.
How can I detect fraudulent purchases?
If a user you don't know with a new account makes a lot of purchases and isn't active in chat, her purchases will be possibly fraudulent.
As a general recommendation, if your cards contain prizes that involve a monetary cost to you, it is best to wait about 15 days before giving those prizes if you do not know the users who have been awarded that prize.
Are all the cards the same?
No, there are 4 types of rarities, the most common ones are: common, rare, epic and legendary. The legendary ones are less likely to appear but their prizes are much better! Good luck opening chests!
What are the card probabilities?
The card probabilities are defined by each Streamer. You will have to ask them :)
What can I do with me repeated cards if I don't want to redeem them?
You can use the craft mode to create and destroy cards. The craft mode is only available if the Streamer has enabled it.
Do I receive something when I complete the collection?
Many Streamers have rewards by completing their collections. Talk to your Streamer and ask her:)
How can I see my collection?
Navigating to a Streamer page you will see her collection. The cards you have achieved appear without opacity.
Do I lost my card when I redeem it?
When you get a card for the first time it will be marked as achieved. Below the card is a number indicating the number of redeemable cards you have available. When you redeem the card it will remain in your collection, but you will not be able to redeem it again until it appears in another chest.

Some cards are not in my collection, what happened?
The Streamer has probably disabled this card for some reason. You'll have to ask her to find out why.
